The mission of SCTP is to provide the necessary training, direct care, and support for people with disabilities, by working in partnership with others in our community.We carry on the history of the Santa Cruz County Arc founded in 1968 to help people lead full and productive lives by providing community-based programs & services for job training, recreation, and group homes as an alternative to state institutions for families and children living with intellectual and developmental disabilities.SCTP runs La Castellana Bakery & Cafe, famous in Nogales for its empanadas. The Bakery & Cafe menus are below.We also run Nayo's Plant Nursery and a groundskeeping service which also provide work training opportunities for those who receive services from us.
